Hello Everybody,
For the next 365 Days I am going to take A picture of myself everyday, To see the transformation there is from walking, jogging and running daily im also going to keep track of my weight everyday along with what I eat and how long i walk run or job for everyday, also going to keep going to the gym too work out, if you have any other suggestions for me on what i could do to to continue losing weight and gaining muscle feel free to message me of comment to me.
